Employee Wellness Assessment and Analysis
Upon completion of the physician encounter, employees will be given baseline assessments and recommendations for interventions. They will be offered the opportunity to participate in follow-up management with the program physician and a clinical wellness specialist, and can engage in recommended behavioral intervention therapy if desired.
Wellness Education Series
The Wellness Education series is a "lunch and learn" program that is administered (during the work day) periodically throughout the course of the year. The series can be customized to the company’s demographics and needs. Topics include a variety of subjects: exercise, nutrition, stress management, workplace ergonomics, preventative wellness, smoking cessation, disease management, meditation, stretching, and self care. All workshops are presented by qualified and professional practitioners with extensive education and training who are experienced in motivation and public speaking.

Behavioral Intervention Program
The Wellness 365 “80/20” program can be administered on site in a group environment for employees with special needs and/or motivation to participate. The 8 week program provides each individual with a manual, weekly meetings and full email contact and support with the program facilitators.
